Didn’t get a refund that was due you?

Canceled your membership but still get billed every month?

These and many other problems occur on a daily basis and often there is little you can do about them. Often you expend a lot of effort and time trying to solve them but it doesn’t seem to help. This is where you can let the world know how you feel, warn others who to watch out for, and in general help eliminate some of your frustration.

If enough people complain about the same problems hopefully the situation will change.
